Huge congratulations to Friends of Braniel PTA for raising over £950 through Halloween-themed fundraising efforts. The children took part in a Halloween pumpkin carving competition and danced the night away in our school disco!

Our pumpkin competition saw a tremendous array of creativity and imagination. Congratulations to everyone who got involved and our fabulous judges Mrs Hanna and Mr Muirhead.

Our 'spook-tacular' disco was a great success with pupils, staff and volunteers enjoying a good boogie. Many thanks to our parent volunteers for their support on the night, to the teachers and classroom assistants for the preparation and time they put into decorating the hall and arranging the pumpkins. Special thanks to DJ King for all the floor fillers, Mr Jennings for preparing all the tickets and all the staff who committed their time to supervise on the night.
